How I Can Help
We will start with a comprehensive health assessment to get a better understanding of what your barriers have been, what hasn’t worked for you in the past and what lifestyle factors may be holding you back. We will work to determine your resting metabolic rate. An evaluation of your hormones that may be stalling your progress is completed through lab testing including your cortisol, your thyroid hormones and your insulin response. Then a plan is created based on your goals and what your body needs to get into balance. Regular support is provided to help you with all the questions you may have.
